{"id":1874,"date":"2021-08-11T04:51:31","date_gmt":"2021-08-11T04:51:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/?p=1874"},"modified":"2021-08-13T01:25:34","modified_gmt":"2021-08-13T01:25:34","slug":"chile-en-nogada-200-anos-de-tradicion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/index.php\/2021\/08\/11\/chile-en-nogada-200-anos-de-tradicion\/","title":{"rendered":"Chile en Nogada: 200 a\u00f1os de tradici\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00bfConoces el sabor del aut\u00e9ntico Chile en Nogada?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este 2021, el chile en nogada cumple 200 a\u00f1os <\/strong>de ser una de las m\u00e1ximas tradiciones<strong> <\/strong>del estado de <strong>Puebla<\/strong>, originalmente es un platillo que se sirve para celebrar la independencia de <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>. y para conmemorarlo, queremos hacer un breve pero interesante resumen sobre la historia de este manjar que es digno de dioses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/historia-chile-en-nogada-1000x600-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2210\" width=\"740\" height=\"444\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/historia-chile-en-nogada-1000x600-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/historia-chile-en-nogada-1000x600-1-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/historia-chile-en-nogada-1000x600-1-768x461.jpg 768w, https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/historia-chile-en-nogada-1000x600-1-613x368.jpg 613w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen diferentes versiones sobre el origen de el <strong>chile en nogada<\/strong>, la mas popular y apegada a los hechos hist\u00f3ricos, nos dice  que este platillo fue creado por las monjas <strong>agustinas&nbsp;<\/strong>del convento de&nbsp;<strong>Santa M\u00f3nica<\/strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La historia mas famosa cuenta que las monjas del <strong>convento de<\/strong> <strong>Santa M\u00f3nica<\/strong> realizaron este platillo para celebrar el cumplea\u00f1os de <strong>Agust\u00edn de Iturbide<\/strong>, el caudillo independentista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo estudios arqueol\u00f3gicos niegan esa versi\u00f3n, y han concluido que el caudillo <strong>Agust\u00edn de Iturbide<\/strong>, s\u00ed probo los chiles en nogada, pero nunca fueron inventados para el, era un platillo que ya exist\u00eda y las monjas lo preparaban desde mucho tiempo atr\u00e1s, para celebrar a su patrono <strong>San Agust\u00edn<\/strong>, e inicialmente era un postre, al pasar de los a\u00f1os, se le agregar\u00eda carne , volvi\u00e9ndose un plato fuerte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"720\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/531526_423839604328369_275571079_n-720x445-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/531526_423839604328369_275571079_n-720x445-1.jpg 720w, https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/531526_423839604328369_275571079_n-720x445-1-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/adrenalina.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/531526_423839604328369_275571079_n-720x445-1-613x379.jpg 613w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El origen del platillo se remonta a la \u00e9poca del <strong>virreinato de la Nueva Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, la mayor\u00eda de los pobladores al inicio eran andaluces que tra\u00edan una gran tradici\u00f3n repostera la cual es herencia de la <strong>cultura \u00e1rabe<\/strong>, en ese tiempo las monjas eran reconocidas por ser grandes <strong>cocineras y reposteras.<\/strong> por lo tanto muchas veces se encargaban postres y platillos a los conventos , para celebraciones y eventos se\u00f1oriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originalmente en <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> acostumbraban rellenar los pimientos con diferentes ingredientes y es por eso que a las monjas se les ocurri\u00f3 <strong>rellenar el chile de frutas frescas y capearlo, <\/strong>para posteriormente presentarlo como un postre.
